That was Mark Cavendish's vexing decision to make after 17 tough, tough days of The Tour de France and a sleepless night with bronchitis before the 18th stage.
What he do.
He pushed himself up... got dressed... onto his bike... and began pedaling.
Five hours later he sprinted first across the line in Bordeaux!
Sometimes when YOU are not feeling well, it pays just to try to do things as YOU would normally do. If YOU are well-trained, prepared, disciplined... that might just carry YOU through to an incredible result.
